Advertisers are eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within one (1) month from the date of the corresponding invoice. Any request submitted after this period shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
• To avail a refund, the minimum wallet balance must be $50 USD . Requests that do not meet this threshold shall not qualify for refund consideration.
• Refunds will be available only for unused funds. Amounts spent on active or completed campaigns are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Any promotional credits, bonuses, discounts, coupons, or other incentive-based amounts granted to the advertiser are not eligible for refunds.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment mode.
• Make sure to provide all the details required for the refund request.
• No refund shall be granted if the advertiser is found to have violated any of 7SearchPPC’s Terms and Conditions, platform policies, or has engaged in conduct that damages, defames, or adversely impacts the reputation or operations of 7SearchPPC.
